Technical & Business updates Q4 2024

As 2024 comes to a close, we’re excited to share key updates on our progress and plans for the coming year. This quarter may be quieter on the surface, but we’ve been laying the foundation for an ambitious 2025. Here’s what we’ve been working on:

1. Calima Sanar EHR: Enhancing Healthcare Interoperability

Our EHR product continues to evolve, now featuring:

Insurance card upload capabilities to streamline patient onboarding

Integrations for improved healthcare data exchange in partnership with ClaimPower, using Medplum, AWS & Digital Ocean

Next quarter, we’ll enable user account creation and expanded feature access, paving the way for broader adoption

2. Markket.place: Building the Future of Creator Commerce

We’re preparing for the launch of several storefronts next year and making it easier for artists to:

Start selling physical and digital products directly

Accept credit card payments seamlessly

3. Infrastructure Milestones

We’ve deployed new instances of Medplum on Digital Ocean, ensuring scalability and performance as we grow, creating playbooks for easier future deployments

4. Commercial Real Estate in Cohoes, NY

We’re actively exploring properties in Cohoes and the surrounding areas, with plans to establish a community-driven working space

5. Team Growth & Financial Planning

Job descriptions for our next hires are ready, and we’re aiming to onboard key team members next quarter

Financial models and pricing structures are finalized, aligning with feature launches to kick off sales and marketing campaigns in early 2025
